Perpetual Vogue works closely with the artisan stylists at Whimsical Originals to design custom belts and buckles for our customers. Whimsical Originals belts are made in the United States. Many times these items will be available in limited quantities only. Most of the Whimsical Original belts and buckles are design for women though a few do cross over for the guys too.
