During the Holiday Shopping Season we extend our Return/Exchange time period to accommodate gift giving. Items purchased as gifts between November 15th and December 29th may be returned for exchange or return during the month of January. All other Return/Exchange rules apply. Items must be in New, unworn condition ( antiperspirant stains or cigarette odors deem an item as used )with tags still attached and a Return/Exchange Authorization number must be obtained from us prior to an item being sent back to us. Please note that our offices will closed between December 25th and January 2nd to allow our employees some family time and to do our annual inventory before opening for the new year. Please contact us on or after January 3rd to arrange a Return or Exchange of Holiday items.
We will accept postage paid returns within 15 days of purchase after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the purchase price less all shipping costs - some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that some limited items such as underwear, Custom Order Items and swim wear are not returnable.
We are happy to assist you with exchanges made within 15 days. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.
