EXTENDED RETURN TIME FRAMES FOR HOLIDAY SEASON ORDERS
Orders placed in November and December have an extended allowed Return Time to accommodate Holiday Gift giving. To return an item that does not work out call or email us to request a Return Authorization Number. You then have until January 31st to return the item to us. Please note ALL other Return policies apply items must be in NEW, unworn condition with any tags still attached. Items that have been used may not be returned. Underwear is not returnable for health reasons. If you wish to do a size exchange please contact us during that same time frame and we will be happy to assist you. Approved items that are returned have item price ( and California sales tax if applicable) refunds refunded back to the customer in the same manner that payment was made.
Our Standard Shipping in the United States is by Priority Mail. Priority Mail averages 3 5 business days for delivery after shipping. If you choose Standard Shipping orders should be placed by December 18th to arrive by December 24th. Our Expedited Shipping in the United States is by Express Mail. If you choose Express Mail Shipping orders should be placed by December 20th to arrive by December 24th. Placing orders early is the best way to be sure that your packages arrive in time for the Holiday.
International Orders are shipped by dhl or Express Mail International depending on location. For Arrival by December 24th International customers should place orders by December 16th. Placing orders early is the best way to be sure that your packages arrive in time for the Holiday. Note to Canadian customers you need to choose Expedites shipping as First Class Mail will not get your package to you on time.
Please note our Shipping Department and Customer Service Department will be closed from Noon on December 22nd through January 2nd to give our staff some Holiday Family time and to conduct our annual inventory. We will ship orders through Noon on December 22nd. Orders placed after that time will have inventory assigned to them and will then ship when we reopen on January 3rd.

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery AFTER a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the purchase price less the shipping costs. Please note that some limited items such as underwear and Custom Order Items are not returnable and may not be exchanged. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
We are happy to assist you with approved exchanges made within 30 days of item receipt. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.
