Our Photo Gallery currently features a mixture of photos that include customer submitted photos, artist submitted photos and event photos - BUT we want YOUR photos wearing gear from TattooApparel.com. Whether you are a musician or just a regular guy / gal we would love to see your photos in our gear.
We have started a CUSTOMER PHOTO CONTEST because we want to see photos of our customers wearing items they purchase from us. Each quarter we will choose one winner from the photos submitted and that customer will receive a FREE $500.00 TattooApparel.com Gift Card to spend on our site - That is a chance to Rock Your Wardrobe for FREE just for submitting your photo.
To enter just email us a jpeg photo of you wearing something you purchased from , , or our retail boutique . Please note that by emailing us the photo you are giving us permission to post it online. Photos may show up on the Customer Photo Gallery Page, on our , on or on one of our other web sites. If we post a photo online we will add a photo caption to the bottom of the jpeg with your name. We will NOT share/post your email address online but will retain it for our records only so that if you are chosen as the contest winner we can email you with your $500.00 Gift Card Code.
Photo Requirements:
Photos must be in jpeg form.
The photo must be a photo of yourself that you own the rights to or have permission to use/share.
You must be wearing something that you purchased from us in the photo that you submit.
You agree that by submitting the photo you are granting us permission to use the photo for posting online and marketing purposes.
A photo submitted should be an individual shot of just yourself ( no other people ) as you are granting us permission to use the photo. The only exception to this would be if you are in a band and submit a shot of yourself on stage in which case you must have and clearly state that you have the other band members permission to submit the photo when you send the email.
Submitted photos should not be pornographic in nature. We reserve the right to reject any photo submission that we deem to be inappropriate.
One photo per customer per quarter. Quarters are January - March, April - June, July - September and October - December.
Photo must be sent to us via email to Sales@TattooApparel.com and you must include your full name in the email so we will know who you are. The email address that you send it from needs to be a working email address that you monitor so that if you are the winner you will be able to receive the winning email notification from us. Please put the words Customer Photo Submission in the email subject line. This will help make sure that the email gets to us as we will check our email and spam folder for emails with that Subject Line. White list our email address, Sales@TattooApparel.com with your email provider so that you will be able to receive correspondence from us.
Void where prohibited by law. Photos submitted become the property of Perpetual Vogue - Tattoo Apparel. We are not responsible for submissions that do not reach us due to any reason technical or otherwise. We reserve the right to reject any submissions that we deem to be inappropriate. One winner to be chosen each quarter and they will receive a $500.00 TattooApparel.com Gift Card Code which they may spend on TattooApparel.com . We reserve the right to end this contest at any time after the first prize is awarded and reserve the right to make changes or additions to the rules as needed.
If you are in a band and would like us to send a shout out to your band on our Facebook Page be sure to send over the band info and a link to the bands web site of Facebook Page with your submission. Likewise if you have a project you are involved with or a personal site or page you want promoted feel free to send over that info when you submit your photo to the contest.
