Terms of Sale
The following Terms of Sale will govern the sale Perpetual Vogue - Tattoo Apparel and you, our Customer, for any item purchased from our websites. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Payments
U.S. Customers may pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal,Google Checkout, Amazon Payments and money orders. International Customers in Canada, Australia, Japan and Western Europe may also pay on our site by credit card. International Customers in other parts of the world should choose Paypal or Amazon Payments for making payment. International Customers may also choose to make payment by money order payable in U.S. funds. Our web site credit card processor does check IP addresses for security purposes.
Price
All prices are listed in US Dollars. All applicable state, local, federal, and international taxes and fees apply. Customers shipping to an address within California will be charged mandatory 9.25% State Sales Tax. International Customers are responsible for any and ALL duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their government on incoming shipments.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship Worldwide with the exception of a few high risk destinations. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are a low flat rate based on order size. Our shopping cart and shipping information pages have a shipping costs chart on them so you can see our shipping rates up front. You will be able to see the total including applicable shipping charges before committing to make payment.
International Customers should note that Delivery times are mostly in the hands of your government agencies as far as how long they take to clear incoming shipments through Security and Customs. Delivery times quoted are estimates / averages only as we cannot control Foreign Government Agencies. International Customers are responsible for any/all Customs Fees / Duties / Taxes / VAT charged by their government on incoming shipments. If you are not familiar with your Government's Customs and Tax Polices please check with your local Government Agencies as we have no control over Foreign Government Tax Rates and Procedures.
We normally ship items within 1 - 2 business days of payment clearance. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Twice a year our shipping department will be closed for a few days to conduct inventory. Customers who place an order during that time will receive notice of the short shipping delay in their order confirmation email.
For domestic orders our Standard Shipping is normally by Priority Mail (with a few smaller items shipped by First Class Mail). Customers can choose to upgrade to Express Mail Shipping at a higher charge during check out.
Our Standard Shipping for International Orders is by First Class International Mail (with some heavier items shipping by International Priority Mail). International Customers may choose during check out to upgrade to Express Mail at a higher shipping rate. This is often a good option as International Customs and Government Agencies in most Countries seem to give Express Mail Shipments priority and process them quicker. We do NOT ship by UPS or Fedex as those services charge the end customer an additional brokerage fee on top of the Government fees when delivering the package. As noted above buyers are responsible for all fees charged by their Government on shipments.
Refunds and Returns
We will accept postage paid returns within 15 days of purchase AFTER a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in NEW (unworn other than a careful try on) condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund item purchase price - shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that some limited items such as underwear, Custom Order Items and Gasoline Glamour Leather Vests are not returnable and may not be exchanged.
We are happy to assist you with approved exchanges made within 15 days. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.
