Terms of Sale
The following Terms of Sale will govern the sale Perpetual Vogue - Tattoo Apparel and you, our Customer, for any item purchased from our websites. By buying from us, you agree to these terms.
U.S. Customers may pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal,Google Checkout, Amazon Checkout and money orders. International Customers in Canada, Australia, Japan and Western Europe may also pay on our site by credit card. International Customers in other parts of the world should choose Paypal for making payment. International Customers may also choose to make payment by money order payable in U.S. funds. Our web site credit card processor does check IP addresses for security purposes.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. All applicable state, local, federal, and international taxes and fees apply. Customers shipping to an address within California will be charged mandatory 8.25% State Sales Tax. International Customers are responsible for any and ALL duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their government on incoming shipments.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship Worldwide with the exception of a few high risk destinations. Shipping charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are a low flat rate based on order size. Our shipping information pages has a shipping costs chart on it so you can see our shipping rates and estimated delivery times up front. You will be able to see the total including applicable shipping charges in your shopping cart before committing to make payment.
International Customers should note that Delivery times are mostly in the hands of your government agencies as far as how long they take to clear incoming shipments through Security and Customs. Delivery times quoted are estimates / averages only as we cannot control Foreign Government Agencies. International Customers are responsible for any/all Customs Fees / Duties / Taxes / VAT charged by their government on incoming shipments. If you are not familiar with your Government's Customs and Tax Polices please check with your local Government Agencies as we have no control over Foreign Government Tax Rates and Procedures.
We normally ship items within 1 - 2 business days of payment clearance. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Twice a year our shipping department will be closed for a few days to conduct inventory. Customers who place an order during that time will receive notice of the short shipping delay in their order confirmation email.
For domestic orders our Standard Shipping is by Priority Mail. Customers can choose to upgrade to Express Mail Shipping at a higher charge during check out.
Our Standard Shipping for Most International Orders is now by dhl or Express Mail. For smaller orders customers in Canada can choose First Class Mail with the understanding that this will mean a much longer shipping time. As noted above buyers are responsible for all fees charged by their Government on shipments.
Refunds and Returns
We will accept postage paid returns within 30 days of receipt of item AFTER a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in NEW (unworn other than a careful try on) condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund item purchase price - shipping and Custom Order Items are not returnable and may not be exchanged.
We are happy to assist you with approved exchanges made within 30 days of receipt of item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.

EXTENDED RETURN TIME FRAMES FOR HOLIDAY SEASON ORDERS
Orders placed in November and December have an extended allowed Return Time to accommodate Holiday Gift giving. To return an item that does not work out call or email us between January 3rd and January 20th to request a Return Authorization Number. You then have until January 31st to return the item to us. Please note ALL other Return policies apply items must be in NEW, unworn condition with any tags still attached. Items that have been used may not be returned. Underwear is not returnable for health reasons. If you wish to do a size exchange please contact us during that same time frame and we will be happy to assist you. Approved items that are returned have item price ( and California sales tax if applicable) refunds refunded back to the customer in the same manner that payment was made.
Our Standard Shipping in the United States is by Priority Mail. Priority Mail averages 3 5 business days for delivery after shipping. If you choose Standard Shipping orders should be placed by December 18th to arrive by December 24th. Our Expedited Shipping in the United States is by Express Mail. If you choose Express Mail Shipping orders should be placed by December 20th to arrive by December 24th. Placing orders early is the best way to be sure that your packages arrive in time for the Holiday.
International Orders are shipped by dhl or Express Mail International depending on location. For Arrival by December 24th International customers should place orders by December 17th. Placing orders early is the best way to be sure that your packages arrive in time for the Holiday.
Please note our Shipping Department and Customer Service Department will be closed from Noon on December 22nd through January 2nd to give our staff some Holiday Family time and to conduct our annual inventory. We will ship orders through Noon on December 22nd. Orders placed after that time will have inventory assigned to them and will then ship when we reopen on January 3rd.
